Одесские двери и ворота — красивые и функциональные: защищают дома и дворы от холода и вторжения, поддерживают стилистику домов, радуют глаз горожан и приезжих.<\/p>\n

От горожан же зависит, будут детали зданий утеряны либо восстановлены.<\/p>\n

Чтобы сохранить одесские двери и ворота требуется тысяча шагов. Нашими первыми шагами была фотосъемка всех сохранившихся дверей, которую мы провели с 2008-го.
\nТеперь мы знаем, что и где осталось, в каком состоянии и какая динамика потерь за охваченный период.
\nБаза дверей с воротами собрана и публикуется на archodessa.com<\/a> и fb.com\/1000doorsofodessa\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Сегодня на основе собранного материала, командами Urban Inst., Архитектура Одессы, Мой дом Одесса и 4City, создаём городскую программу реставрации с участием бизнеса, жителей, городского управления, платформ по сбору средств на реставрацию.<\/p>\n

Радуюсь появлению энтузиастов улучшаюших городскую среду в Одессе и огорчаюсь отсутствием образования, опыта и полноценного бюджета, который помогает реализовывать задумки большинства ребят.<\/p>\n

Например, реставратор Костя недавно закончил учёбу на худграфе в художественном училище и взялся за первый заказ жителя-мецената, — реставрацию фресок арки проезда дома Гершенкопа на Греческой, 36.<\/p>\n

От Новой Зеландии до США, памятники архитектуры восстанавливают органы охраны объектов культурного наследия, но не у нас.<\/p>\n

Парень уедет учиться ремеслу за границу и не вернётся, а город останется без реставратора.<\/p>\n

\nЗдесь не вкладывают в образование и улучшение одесской среды, проёбывают реставраторов. Молодёжь не получает опыт и сваливает. Хороших проектов много, а реализуются редко, поэтому город тускнеет и становится менее интересным.

Вместе с Димой Шаматажи составил, организовал и пофотографировал лекцию «история здания ресторана 4city и окрестностей» с небольшой архитектурной прогулкой, в рамках проекта «Архитектура Одессы<\/a>».<\/p>\n

Выводы о мероприятии и лекционном зале<\/h3>\n

Первое мероприятие на Канатной 27\/1, доставило удовольствие и главное опыт:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Рассчитывали на два часа, однако справились за один, поэтому сходу провели часовую архитектурную прогулку по окрестностям ресторана. В результате лучше закрепили материала и разнообразили мероприятие.<\/li>\n
  2. Узнали, что акустику в лекционном зале следует проверять заранее, чтобы использовать микрофон с колонками.<\/li>\n
  3. Скушать макарон с кофе перед лекцией. Кстати, в меню кофейной стойки не понятно где что и у кого заказывать.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Лекционный зал Форсити оборудован хорошим проектором. Высокие потолки радуют. Интерьер приятный, стиляжный. Но акустика не очень.<\/p>\n

    Ожидаем увидеть в лекционном зале (со временем):<\/p>\n
